Relay Pass

Preparatory version 1.0. These terms are not effective and Relay Pass is not for sale until the activation gates below are complete.

1. Seller and service

The seller is Mateusz Sury, ul. Biedronki 8 lok. 2, 52-200 Wysoka, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 8961670846, REGON 545313843, [email protected].

Relay Pass is a time-limited entitlement to forward encrypted audio, video and/or file traffic through hosted infrastructure in the classes shown before purchase. The relay never receives a content-decryption key.

2. Activation gates

Sales may begin only when the gross price, currency, period and included traffic classes are published; a dedicated Veilcord product and price are active; the production entitlement-privacy mechanism has been independently reviewed; checkout, purchase confirmation and complaint flows are available; and the Privacy Policy and provider list have been updated. Until then, Relay Pass copy is a feature announcement, not a paid offer.

3. Separation from communicator identity

Checkout uses a random grant handle independent of a Veilcord profile. Payment metadata contains the Veilcord product, offer version and random handle, but no profile, device, space, route or message identifier. The provider and seller still keep records required by law.

4. Price, period and payment

The gross price, currency, covered traffic classes, start date and expiry will appear before ordering. A plan will not renew automatically unless checkout states this clearly and obtains all required consent. A price change does not affect an already paid period. Card payments may be processed by Stripe and supported cryptocurrency payments by NOWPayments.

5. Delivery and connectivity

The entitlement is issued after final payment confirmation and may need a short propagation period. Relay improves reachability but does not guarantee the quality of a particular link, device throughput or internet availability.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

An eligible consumer entering a distance contract has a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to legal exceptions. Performance before that period ends starts only on an express request. After that request, a withdrawing consumer may owe a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits and the required pre-contract information was provided.

A refund, chargeback or effective withdrawal revokes the remaining entitlement. An underpaid crypto transaction does not activate a plan automatically. Use the model withdrawal form or any other unambiguous statement.

7. Complaints and conformity

Send a complaint to [email protected] with the random receipt reference, date, provider, problem and requested remedy. Never send keys or communication content. Consumer complaints are answered within 14 days. The seller remains responsible for conformity of the digital service under mandatory law.

8. Other terms

The Veilcord Terms of Service apply in all other respects.
